Gianluigi Buffon has reportedly called time on his international career
The Italy goalkeeper initially wanted to retire after next year's World Cup in Russia.
But since they failed to qualify, Buffon has decided to quit now.
Italy lost 1-nil on aggregate to Sweden following this morning's playoff, meaning Sweden advance to the tournament in Russia.
The first leg ended 1-nil in favour of Sweden.
