Barca appoint new manager

Barcelona have announced the signing of Netherlands boss Ronald Koeman as their new manager.
He replaces Qique Setien, who was sacked after a disappointing season for the Catalan giants
They finished second in La Liga and suffered a humiliating 8-2 loss to Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
It's the first time in 12 years that they failed to win any trophies.

Bayer Leverkusen have given Chelsea another 10 days to wrap up a deal for Kai Havertz.
The German club reportedl wants the transfer to be finalised before they start their pre-season training programme.
Both clubs are still negotiating a transfer fee.. with Leverkusen asking for 90 million pounds for Havertz, while Chelsea are only willing to pay 70 million.

EPL Champions Liverpool will continue with their pre-season training camp in Austria, after one individual in the club tested positive for COVID-19.
It's not clear if the individual was a player or a member of the backroom staff.
The Reds are refusing to comment on the report.
