Arsenal qualify for Champions League knock-out stage

Arsenal have qualified for the Champions League knock-out stage for the 17th consecutive season, after beating Ludogorets 3-2 in Bulgaria.

Group A rivals PSG also booked their spot in the last 16, after beating FC Basel 2-1.

Over in Group D, Bayern Munich and Athletico Madrid will definitely finish in the top 2, after both teams won 2-1 against PSV Eindhoven and FC Rostov respectively.

Meanwhile, Manchester City kept their hopes of progressing alive, after beating Barcelona 3-1, with ilkay Gundogan scoring a brace.

The Spanish club still leads Group C with 9 points, City have 7 and Borussia Monchengladbach are 3 points back, after being held to a 1-1 draw at home by Celtic.

This, as Napoli missed a chance to advance from Group B, as they were held to a 1-1 draw at Besiktas

There are still 2 rounds of group matches to be played.
