Arsenal Gunning For Europa League Knockout Spot

Nov 26, 2020

Arsenal will confirm their place in the Europa League knockout rounds with 2 games to spare, if they beat Norwegian club Molde in tomorrow morning's group stage match.

However, they'll be without Bukayo Saka and Willian who picked up injuries at the weekend, while Thomas Partey is still recovering from a thigh problem.

Meanwhile, Tottenham are at home against Ludogrets

But they'll be without Toby Aldeweireld who suffered a muscle injury in their recent EPL win over Man City.

Harry Kane and Son Heung Min could be rested, to keep them fresh for this weekend's EPL clash against Chelsea.

And Leicester are away against Braga.

Football pays tribute to Maradona

Tributes have continued to pour in for Diego Maradona, who passed away at age 60.

Man City boss Pep Guardiola says he never had the chance to meet with Maradona when he played for Barcelona, as the Argentine had already left for Napoli when he joined Barca's academy.

However, he says Maradona's teammates all described him as a very generous man.

Meanwhile, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says he was truly one of the greatest players of all time.

"There was Pele, and for German people it was Beckenbauer. We all had these absolute heroes who made football look easy. They understood the game on a completely different level. Maradona did that as well. He knew what other players would do before they knew".
