Argentine FA to ask Messi to reconsider retirement

The Argentine FA's acting head plans to ask Lionel Messi to reconsider his international retirement, after he quit following a missed penalty at the Copa America final last month.
He also says a new national coach will be appointed soon.
Meanwhile, Diego Maradona is so eager to return for another stint as Argentina national team boss, that he says he would do the job for free.
