National squash player Aifa Azman has been chosen to become Malaysia’s flag bearer at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham next month.

She replaces S.Sivasangari, who was recently ruled out of the Games, after she was injured in a car accident.

Aifa had earlier been selected to replace Sivasangari for the women’s squash doubles at the Games.

Minamino completes move to Monaco

Liverpool’s Takumi Minamino has completed his £15 million move to Monaco, after penning a 4-year-contract with the French club.

Monaco was among a number of clubs interested in the player, who joined Liverpool from RB Salzburg back in 2020.

Minamino scored 14 times in 55 outings for Liverpool, and was their top scorer in domestic cup competitions last season.

Chelsea reportedly close to signing Raphinha

Chelsea are reportedly close to signing Leeds player Raphinha.

Reports say Leeds have accepted Chelsea’s offer of £55 million for the Brazilian.

It’s also reported that the transfer could be completed in the coming days, however Raphinha still needs to discuss personal terms with Chelsea.

The player has also been linked with Barcelona and Arsenal.
