rankings boost for two msian doubles pairs

Indonesian Masters champions Man Wei Chong-Tee Kai Wun have moved closer to the top ten in the badminton world rankings.

Their victory over local favourites Fajar Alfian – Muhammad Rian Ardianto means that the Malaysian men's doubles pair have moved up one spot to 12th in the world.

Meanwhile Pearly Tan – M. Thinaah are up two spots to 5th in the women's doubles rankings, after finishing as runners-up.

Neymar has left al-Hilal!

The Brazilian star had his contract with the Saudi club terminated by mutual consent, after injuries limited him to just 7 appearances since joining them in 2023.

He has been linked with a return to his boyhood club Santos, but Barcelona previously said they would NOT rule out bringing him back.

Reports claim that Casemiro could be close to leaving Manchester United.

It's believed that he's being targeted by Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr, where he would be reunited with former United teammate Cristiano Ronaldo.

Separately, United have been linked with a loan move for Chelsea's Christopher Nkunku, if Marcus Rashford leaves during the current transfer window.
