Amorim: A 60-Year-Old Is Better Than Rashford!
Jan 27, 2025
Man Utd boss Ruben Amorim has taken another swipe at Marcus Rashford, over his perceived lack of effort.
He says because of this attitude, he would rather put his 63-year-old goalkeeping coach on the sub's bench instead of the attacker.
Rashford was again left out of the squad in their 1-0 win over Fulham, meaning he has now been sidelined for six weeks.

Tottenham captain Son Heung-min has blamed sloppiness and a lack of concentration for their 2-1 defeat to Leicester.
He says the result was especially frustrating, because they were one goal up at half time before conceding twice after the break.
The result means Spurs are now winless after seven league matches, and lie in 15th place in the EPL table.
Meanwhile, Leicester boss Ruud van Nistelrooy has praised his team's commitment and effort after their win over Spurs, which lifted them out of the relegation zone.

Man Wei Chong – Tee Kai Wun have vowed to not get complacent following their victory at the Indonesian badminton Masters.
The Malaysian men's doubles duo say instead, they will simply keep their heads down and try to build on their success.
They posted a straight sets victory over local favourites Fajar Alfian and Rian Ardianto yesterday, to become the first Malaysians to win a title at the tournament.
--
Malaysian shuttlers Pearly Tan – M. Thinaah will look at the positives, following yesterday's defeat in the Indonesian Masters women's doubles final.
Thinaah says their primary focus for now will be to improve on their consistency.
