Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker is in mourning, following the death of his father in Brazil.
According to Brazilian authorities, 57-year-old Jose Becker drowned while he was swimming in a lake in the southern part of the country.
So far, neither Liverpool nor Alisson have commented on the news.
However, Alisson previously credited his father for becoming a goalkeeper.
“I have a family of goalkeepers. My father played for his work team, my mother played handball in school, and my grandfather played in amateur football. And after all this, came my brother playing and then I started to like it, too.”

No criminal charges over Tiger Woods's crash
Tiger Woods will not face any criminal charges, stemming from the car crash in California that left him with serious injuries.
The Los Angeles county sheriff says there's no evidence that Woods was under the influence of drugs or alcohol, adding the area where he crashed is prone to accidents.
At the most, the golfer could face minor charges, if investigations reveal that he was speeding or not paying attention.
