Liverpool March Into The EFL Cup Final

Liverpool are through to the EFL Cup final despite their 1-1 draw with Fulham in this morning’s semifinal second-leg.

The Reds advance 3-2 on aggregate and will next face Chelsea in the final at the end of next month.

Liverpool are now into a record 14^th League Cup final and their clash with the Blues at Wembley will be a repeat of the 2022 decider…which Jurgen Klopp’s side won on penalties.

Over in Spain Barcelona have been knocked out of the Copa Del Rey after going down 4-2 to Athletic Bilbao in the quarterfinals.

Closer to home, in the Asian Cup…Japan defeated Indonesia 3-1 while Iraq overcame Vietnam 3-2.

Meanwhile, the Malaysian team will wrap up their campaign with a final group match against South Korea.

And, Malaysia will have eleven reps in action in the second round of the Indonesian Badminton Masters today.

Among them include Lee Zii Jia, Pearly Tan-M.Thinaah, Chen Tang Jie-Toh Ee Wei and Ong Yew Sin-Teo Ee Yi.
