National shuttlers Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik have finished as runners-up at the All England badminton Championships for a second time.

The Malaysian pair missed out on this year’s title after losing in straight sets to Indonesia's Fajar Alfian and Rian Ardianto in the men’s doubles final.

Aaron and Wooi Yik had also lost in the final back in 2019.

Liverpool’s hopes of winning a quadruple are over...after they were knocked out of the FA Cup by Man United.

The Red Devils scored deep into extra-time to come away 4-3 winners in last night’s quarterfinal tie at Old Trafford.

Meanwhile, Chelsea eased past Leicester City 4-2 to secure their spot in the semis.

The Blues will now on to face holders Man City in the last four...while United will take on Coventry.

Over in La Liga...Barcelona have climbed up to second in the standings after defeating Atletico 3 – nil, leaving them eight points behind leaders Real Madrid.
