Man City will be without their first choice keeper for their EPL title-decider against West Ham this weekend.

Ederson – who picked up an eye socket injury earlier this week – will also likely miss next weekend’s FA Cup final against Man United.

Backup stopper Stefan Ortega is set to deputise for City’s final two matches.

Football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has been crowned the highest-paid athlete in the world for the fourth time in his career.

He topped Forbes Magazine’s latest money list with annual earnings of 260 million dollars.

Golf star Jon Rahm and World Cup winner Lionel Messi round up the top three.

-

There’s a good chance Mauricio Pochettino will be kept on as Chelsea manager.

Sources say he has the support of key figures at Stamford Bridge ahead of an end-of-season review.

Pochettino has been under fire for much of his spell as Blues boss but saw his reputation improve after a four-game winning run in the EPL, that leaves them in contention for a place in the Europa League.

-

Leeds United are one win away from securing a return to the Premier League.

This, after they thrashed Norwich 4-0 on aggregate in their Championship playoff semifinal.

They will next face Southampton or West Brom in the final at Wembley…for a spot in the English top-flight next season.

-

The Malaysian men’s doubles pairs of Yap Roy King-Wan Arif Wan Junaidi  and Choong Hon Jian-Mohammad Haikal Nazri…as well as singles ace Lee Zii Jia have all made the quarterfinals of the Thailand Badminton Open.

-

And, Malaysia has beaten Indonesia 4-0 to clinch a third-place finish at the women’s Indoor Hockey Asia Cup.
