msf probes pandalela claim

The Malaysian Swimming Federation says it’s investigating allegations of outside interference in the diving team’s campaign at the World Aquatic Championships in Qatar last week.

Its secretary general says he has already met with national diver Datuk Pandalela Rinong over the claim, but he didn’t give any details.

Pandalela recently said that interference from an outside entity had negatively impacted the team’s performance in the competition.

The disappointing results meant that the divers failed to qualify for this year’s Paris Olympics .
