Russell On Pole In Canada

George Russell has taken pole position for the Canadian F1 GP.
The Mercedes driver qualified quickest, ahead of Red Bull’s Max Verstappen and Oscar Piastri in the McLaren.
This is the first time a team other than Red Bull or McLaren has taken pole position this season.
It also sets up another potential clash between Russell and Verstappen, following a collision between the two at the last race in Spain.

Al Ahly and Inter Miami have played out a goalless draw, in the opening tie of the FIFA Club World Cup.
The two keepers were the stars for their respective sides, with Oscar Ustari saving a penalty for Inter…while Mohamed El Shenawy denied Lionel Messi’s attempt at a late winner.
