What's Pogba's Next Move?

Oct 10, 2024

what's pogba's next move?

Paul Pogba could be returning to France, as he is in advanced talks to join Marseille!

This, as he is close to terminating his contract with Juventus after the midfielder's 4-year doping ban was recently reduced to just 18 months.

According to reports, this means that Pogba will be allowed to return to training in January, and play competitively in March.

--

Argentina will move a step closer to qualifying for the 2026 World Cup, when they travel to Venezuela tomorrow morning.

The Argentines remain at the top of the South American qualifying group, with 6 wins in their first 8 matches, and it's believed that two more wins should be enough for them to book their place in the tournament.

Meanwhile, Lionel Messi is expected to play tomorrow morning, for his first international appearance since the Copa America final.

--

Man City's John Stones has been named England captain to their Nations League clash against Greece tomorrow morning.

He takes the armband from Harry Kane, who's been ruled out due to a knock.

--

Man United's Amad Dialo has pulled out of the Ivory Coast squad for their upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers due to illness.

He's the 4th United player to be ruled out for the current international break, after Argentina's Alejandro Garnacho, England's Kobbie Mainoo and Morocco's Noussair Mazraoui.
