Man United fought from a goal down to record a 3-1 win over Aston Villa, to keep leaders Man City waiting a while longer to seal the Premiership title.
Bruno Fernandes and Mason Greenwood were on the scoresheet for United before Edinson Cavani confirmed the win.
Defeat for United would have ensured that City are crowned champions.
United’s win also means that they will finish no lower than fourth this season – regardless of their next results.

Meanwhile, West Brom have been relegated from the Premier League after their 3-1 defeat to Arsenal.
This is the fifth time that The Baggies have been relegated from the top-flight.
And, Everton edged past West Ham 1-0 to dent the Hammers hopes of a top-four finish.

The race for the La Liga title is going down to the wire.
This, after Real Madrid were held to a 2-2 draw by Sevilla, missing out on the chance move level on points with leaders Atletico.
Currently, just two points separate Atletico, Real and third placed Barcelona…with three games remaining this season.
UEFA is expected to make a decision by tomorrow, regarding the proposal to move the Champions League final from Istanbul to the UK.
This, after the UK government placed Turkey on its ‘red list’ of countries, due to rising Covid-19 cases.
It means fans are not encouraged to travel to Turkey for the game…while the finalists – Man City and Chelsea- will have to quarantine for 10 days upon their return.

More than 400 athletes have taken part in a test event at Tokyo’s Olympic Stadium…to help organisers fine-tune their preparations to host the Tokyo Games amid the global Covid-19 pandemic.
Former Olympic champion Justin Gatlin was among the athletes to participate, saying he felt safe and comfortable with all the precautions taken.
It is the latest of nearly a dozen such test events since last month…all of which have been carried out successfully ahead of the opening of the Olympics in July.
