England drawn to face US in Group B at World Cup

England have been drawn against the US, Iran, and the winners of the final European play-off between Wales and Scotland or Ukraine in Group B at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Hosts Qatar will face Ecuador in the tournament’s opening game, along with Senegal and the Netherlands in Group A.

Meanwhile, holders France were drawn in Group D alongside Denmark, Tunisia, and the winners of the intercontinental playoffs between Peru, Australia, or the UAE.

The tournament kicks off later in November.

Ten Hag remains focused on Ajax, but refuse to rule out possible move to Man United

Erik ten Hag has not ruled out the possibility of him joining Man United as the club’s new head coach.

He insists he is focused on leading Ajax, however, hopes the club will understand if he decides to take the next step in his managerial career.

It's reported that Ten Hag and United have held positive talks recently, while PSG boss Mauricio Pochettino is also said to be among the favourites for the manager job.

No participation limit for sports and recreational activities

The Youth and Sports Ministry says sports and recreational activities can now be fully implemented, in line with Malaysia’s transition to COVID-19 endemicity.

It says among others, there is no limit on participation for group activities, competitions, or sports and recreational events.

However, those involved in such activities are still subject to physical distancing measures.
