Bukayo Saka marked his return from injury with a goal, to help Arsenal record a 2-1 EPL win over Fulham this morning.

It was his first appearance, after 101 days out on the sidelines.

The win moves the Gunners to within nine points of league leaders Liverpool, although the Reds have a game in hand.

In other results…Nottingham Forest pulled off a 1-0 win over Man United to strengthen their position in third place.

While Wolves edged past West Ham by a goal to nil.

-

Real Madrid have snuck into the Copa Del Rey final after a narrow win over Real Sociedad.

The teams played out a dramatic 4-4 draw in the second leg of the semifinal this morning, with the Madrid club advancing 5-4 on aggregate.

Barcelona will take on Atletico in the other semifinal tomorrow, with the clubs tied at 4 goals apiece from the first leg.

-

Man City striker Erling Haaland is expected to be out of action for up to seven weeks, after injuring his ankle in the FA Cup win over Bournemouth.

This means he could end up missing six to seven matches, including the FA Cup semifinal against Nottingham Forest.

-

And, the Premier League will introduce semi-automated offside technology…for the round of fixtures starting next weekend.
