Goodbye Hendrawan

Oct 01, 2024

goodbye hendrawan

Our men’s singles head coach Hendrawan will leave the Badminton Association of Malaysia at the end of this month.

BAM confirmed the Indonesian’s impending departure, adding his contributions over the past 15 years played a huge role in the development and progress of our national shuttlers.

It adds that Hendrawan’s replacement will be announced at a later date.

However, earlier reports suggested several names including fellow Indonesians Irwansyah and Rony Agustinus, and Denmark head coach Kenneth Jonassen.

Both Arsenal and PSG must overcome their injury woes, when they face each other in the Champions League tomorrow morning.

Hosts, Arsenal are without long-term absentees like Martin Odegaard, Mikel Merino, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Takehiro Tomiyasu, while Ben White is also an injury doubt.

Meanwhile, PSG’s Goncalo Ramos, Lucas Hernandez and Presnel Kimpembe are out injured

PSG also confirmed that Ousmane Dembele has been dropped for disciplinary reasons.

Head coach Luis Enrique said the attacker failed to meet his obligations to the team and denied that the pair had any arguments recently.

Latest reports say that Inter Milan’s Simone Inzaghi and ex-England boss Gareth Southgate are the favourites to take charge at Man United, if they decide to sack boss Erik ten Hag.

It’s believed that United will also consider club legend Ruud van Nistelrooy, whos is currently part of ten Hag’s coaching team.
