Cleanliness of Malaysian public toilets is below par

The cleanliness of Malaysia's public toilets is still below par.
The Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Ministry says toilets at shopping malls, schools, and restaurants also have poor cleanliness.
It adds, most complaints involve clogged, dirty, damaged and poorly maintained loos.
