12 year old murder suspect allowed to sit for UPSR

A 12-year-old boy in Sarawak, who allegedly assaulted his schoolmate, has been allowed to sit for the UPSR exam next month.
It was reported that the suspect had assaulted his junior at their hostel room, after the victim insulted him.
The seven-year-old victim succumbed to his injuries two days later.
