2 men shot dead by a lone assailant in Sarawak

2 men have been shot dead by a lone assailant at a cafe in Sibu, Sarawak.

The victims were having some drinks with a friend at the cafe's sidewalk, when the gunman opened fire from about 5 meters away.

The suspect then fled on a motorcycle parked nearby.

The police have urged the public not to speculate on the case, adding that a special task force has been formed to investigate the shooting.
