Extreme hot weather expected till Monday

Brace yourselves for extremely hot and dry weather from today til Monday. 

The Met Department has predicted temperatures to go up as high as 38 degrees celcius in Kedah, Kelantan, Pahang, Perak, Penang and Terengganu, with no rainfall.

Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, KL and Selangor are slightly better off, with thunderstorms expected in the afternoon.

It has also advised those observing Ching Ming this weekend to take extra precautions to stay hydrated, while cleaning their ancestors' graves.
