NRD: Free ID replacements for flood victims

The National Registration Department is offering to replace the identification documents of flood victims for free!
This includes birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, MyKad and MyKid.
The rains have stopped in Penang, but some 5,000 people are still displaced.
