3 men have been arrested for beating up a driver near the Puchong Barat Toll Plaza after he rammed into a motorcyclist then refused to stop.
The 39-year-old also had his personal belongings stolen while he was being beaten up in the last Friday incident.
A video of the incident has gone viral, but the motorcyclist who was involved in the accident has yet to lodge a police report.
