JPJ launches dedicated mobile phone number for the public to channel their complaints.

The JPJ has launched a dedicated mobile phone number for members of the public to channel complaints via WhatsApp.
Motorists can send photographs and details of errant road users, to the number while they can also email the details to JPJ.
The information received will be referred to PLUS, and the Msian Communications and Multimedia Commission for verification before any action would be taken.
IF the system is effective the JPJ will make its WhatsApp complaint channel a permanent feature.
