MACC: they (syndicates) set a side millions of ringgit

Syndicates linked to triad-related activities, gambling and prostitution have millions of ringgit set aside to bribe enforcement officers.
However, the MACC says the large amount is dedicated to bribing officers from a certain state, which it refused to name for now.
