The Health Ministry has given Kim Jong Nam's family up to 3 weeks to claim his body from the KL Hospital mortuary.
It says if the remains are not claimed by then, the government will have to decide what to do next.
The Ministry also confirmed that Jong Nam's body is still at HKL, despite earlier speculation that it may have been taken away.
