Probe into errant bus driver complete

The Land Public Transport Commission, SPAD has completed its investigation into an express bus driver who was seen smoking and using a mobile phone behind the wheel.
The investigation papers have since been handed over to the AGs Chambers for further action.
A passenger uploaded separate photos and videos of the bus driver smoking and driving while using a handphone, several days after the fatal bus crash in Pagoh.
