Cops Probe Game Link In Child Slashing
Oct 29, 2025

Johor police are not ruling out the possibility that an online video game may have caused a nine-year-old boy in Batu Pahat to slash his younger brother.
Cops believe the elder boy committed the act after his sibling allegedly damaged the phone that he was using to play the game.
The victim, who suffered slash and stab injuries, is currently in stable condition.
Earlier reports said the parents have also been detained, and are being investigated for alleged negligence.
