60% of PTPTN blacklisted borrowers have repaid loans

60 percent of the PTPTN's blacklisted borrowers have made their repayments.
The Education Ministry says that as of February this year, PTPTN has collected repayments up to 1.8 billion ringgit.
It added that the amount collected could support 76 thousand new students, until they've completed their studies.
