IGP: We almost caught Jho Low!

Malaysian police almost nabbed billionaire Jho Low when he was in Hong Kong.
However, the IGP says the financier managed to give them the slip, and he is now believed to be in Macau.
Jho Low is wanted by Malaysian authorities to assist in investigations into the 1MDB scandal.
