Jamal Yunos for Umno Youth?

Fugtive, Datuk Seri Jamal Yunos has reportedly submitted his candidacy to be the next Umno Youth chief.
According to Malay Mail, the Sungai Besar division chief filed the application online.
Jamal is still on the run, after fleeing from police custody before being granted bail.
Meanwhile, the Selangor police chief has blamed Jamal's escape on the carelessness of officers who were supposed to monitor him.
He adds, appropriate action will be taken against these officers, but didn't say more.
