Cop arrested for sexually assaulting wife

A policeman was arrested in Melaka, for sexually assaulting and beating his wife, following an argument two days ago.

Sources said police initiated investigations against the suspect after medical findings indicated the forced insertion of an object in the victim’s anus, among other injuries.

The suspect was earlier believed to have been angered with his wife after she took his mobile phone and hid it from him.
