Thorough investigation on Langkawi cable car incident

The operator of the Langkawi SkyCab cable car has promised to do a thorough investigation into yesterday's disruption, that left a thousand tourists stranded. 

According to initial investigations, a faulty bearing has been identified as the cause of the breakdown

The probe will focus on finding the exact cause, to prevent it from happening again. 

Passengers and staff were stranded on Gunung Machinchang for about 7 hours, while some 80 of them were stuck in 16 gondola lifts for about 4 hours.
