JPJ issues warning against motorists

The JPJ is warning that it can stop and fine motorists who use their phones while driving.
It says using electronic gadgets while at the wheel is one of the main causes of road accidents recently.
The Department says its okay to use navigation apps, as long as you dont hold the device, and it doesnt block your view of the road.
