Arsenal to investigate crowd trouble

Sep 15, 2017

Arsenal will conduct their own investigation into the crowd trouble that delayed this morning's 3-1 Europa League win against FC Cologne.

Kick-off was delayed for an hour, after 17,000 fans of the German club arrived at the Emirates without tickets.

Only 3,000 tickets were allocated to Cologne fans, but the Gunners say it was in line with competition rules.

The police have already arrested 5 people over the crowd trouble, while Arsenal expects UEFA to launch an investigation as well.
