Another two navy personnel arrested over death of their colleagues

The Armed Forces will be reviewing its standard operating procedure in handling detainees.
This, after 2 navy personnel died at a detention room in Sitiawan, Perak, with a post mortem showing signs of physical torture.
The review will be done for all 3 branches of the Armed Forces, namely the Army, Navy and Air Force.
Meanwhile, 2 more navy personnel have been hospitalised with similar injuries suffered by the duo who died.
