Teacher involved in M. Vasantha Piriya case, to know fate soon

The teacher involved in the case of M. Vasantha Piriya, will know her fate in the coming week.
This, following the death of the 14-year-old girl, who died days after she tried to hang herself, after being accused of stealing the teacher's phone.
The Penang Education Department says it has completed its internal probe, and a panel will meet next week to decide on the next course of action.
It adds, the police were not involved.
