You could be jailed if you don't vaccinate your kids
Jul 01, 2016
Refusing to vaccinate your children could land you in jail.
The Women, Family and Community Development Ministry says the reluctance of parents to vaccinate their children can be deemed child neglect.
This, as failure to immunise can endanger the child's health.
Those convicted of child neglect can face a fine of up to 20,000 ringgit and jail time of up to 10 years or both.
