Malaysia confirms 2 more Zika cases

Malaysia has confirmed 2 more cases of Zika infection in 2 sisters, bringing the total number of cases in the country to 6.

The younger sister, who is 2 months pregnant, was hospitalised in Miri on Sunday after suffering prolonged fever, flu and sore throat.

She used to work in Singapore and last visited the republic in July.

Meanwhile, her older sister, who returned to Setapak, KL after visiting her last week, tested positive for Zika on Sunday as well.
