Schools in Jerantut and Kuala Krai ordered close

All schools in Jerantut, Pahang and Kuala Krai, Kelantan have been ordered to close today and tomorrow, due to the extreme hot weather.

The 2 districts recorded daytime temperatures of over 37°C for 3 days in a row.

The Education Ministry says the closure affects 119 schools.
