Dr Ting gets to keep Pujut seat

The Kuching High Court has ruled against the state assembly's decision to disqualify Dr Ting Tiong Choon as Pujut assemblyman.
Dr Ting was removed last month, allegedly for having Australian citizenship.
The ruling also means that there will be no by-election for the Pujut seat, although the Election Commission is due to hold a meeting on the matter soon.
