Sabah Zika Patient Dies

A 61-year-old Sabahan, who was identified as Malaysia's first case of locally-transmitted ZIka has passed away.
The Health Dept says the man. who was hospitalised in Kota Kinabalu late last month, had other health complications including coronary heart disease, hypertension, chronic kidney problems, gallstones and gout.
Authorities have already initiated vector control measures at his housing area as well as other places he had visited.
It is also conducting checks on people the patient had contact with, to verify if they could have contracted the virus.
