The DPM says the marriage between an 11-year-old girl and a 41-year-old man in Kelantan is illegal as they did not seek the permission of the courts.
She will meet with relevant agencies today to discuss the matter.
Meanwhile, the groom's 2nd wife has lodged a police report on her husband's marriage, but police investigations showed there is no criminal element.
