Incumbent Batu MP Tian Chua cannot contest in GE14 and defend his seat, as the KL High Court has rejected his originating summons!
The judge said he does not have the jurisdiction to hear the case.
If he wants to continue with his challenge, Tian Chua will have to file an election petition to be heard before an election judge.
