A Danish man is expected to be the first person to be charged under the Anti Fake News law today.

He was arrested for accusing the police of arriving late to the scene of the crime, where a Palestinian lecturer was killed 2 weeks ago.

If he is charged under the law, the jobless man will face a maximum 6 years in jail and a half a million ringgit fine.
