The Election Commission will provide disabled-friendly facilities at polling centres.
For example, those in wheelchairs whose polling centres are at the upper floors of buildings, will be allowed to cast their ballot on the ground floor.
But they'll have to obtain permission from the head of the polling station and complete 10 steps, before being allowed to vote.
