Fomca wants the proposed ceiling price for domestic airfares to cover last-minute ticket purchases as well.
It told Malay Mail the move should also include 2 ceiling prices, one for commercial airlines and another for budget carriers.
The Transport Ministry is drafting the proposal and expects the move to be completed by the middle of this year.
