More than 100 homeless people in KL have volunteered for the first phase of the Homeless Empowerment Programme.
They will be housed at 2 National Service Training camps in Kuala Kubu Bharu, Selangor and Mantin, Negri Sembilan throughout the 2-month programme.
Participants will also be given a monthly allowance.
